Coming To The Bridge

This oil painting captivates and soothes with its very earthy tones and just the right pop of orange. The colour gives an antique, weathered and experienced feel with a nod to the 'orange blossom special'. The title was inspired by my daughter who remarked that it resembles a suspension bridge, and since a violin does indeed have a bridge — I loved the thought of approaching as if to cross a divide.
